1. The graphic of stacey Matrix in your blog is that the original version of Stacey? I have a hard time tracing it, al the «good searchblog post» imo confuse Stacey / Cynefin. So I`m trying to get Stacey`s real (first) version, curious about how it was developed and ultimately «merged» with the Cynefin2 frame. If you read Stacey`s matrix, you can assume that there is news as part of Cynefin, since all this has already been said by Stacey. So I`m trying to figure out what «hype» is around a framework that simply puts new words into a job that`s already been done. I may be a little short-sighted or I don`t understand what Stacey originally meant. I understand that both people are a little concerned about the oversimplification and use of both ideas. But even though it may be a «bad» model, it helps people try to get their head around, why agile makes sense, but also when it`s not..:) Stacey`s matrix has security on the horizontal axis and consistency on the vertical axis.
